Rates quoted are for two people.
Additional persons: $10.00 per night (any age).

Cribs available at $5.00 per night.
Weekly rate: 5% discount- 7 nights or more.
Breezeway Rooms: $20 less per night.
Weekend rates: $20.00 more per
night.
Holidays and Holiday Weekend rates are higher.
Rates listed are for advanced reservations only, and will vary on holidays and weekends. Deposit of one day's rental to confirm reservation. Reservation held for one week to allow us time to receive deposit. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Balance due on arrival. Room held until 6 p.m. on day of arrival unless otherwise notified of late arrival. NO REFUNDS for any reason - Sole exception: deposit refundable, with 25% Service Charge, if cancelled 2 weeks in advance of arrival of original confirmation date only, and only if re-rented. Deposit credited to first or last day of reservation (management decision). Please, No Pets. Parking for one car per unit. No bikes permitted in rooms or walkways. Check-in time after 2:00 p.m. Check-out time before 11:00 a.m. No late check-outs available. No early check-ins available. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age.
In order to offer our guests the freshest accommodations possible, all guest
rooms and lobby are strictly non-smoking. Cigarette smoking is permitted
on a limited number of balconies. Absolutely no cigar smoking permitted on
premises.
