ONE PARKING SPACE provided per suite. Sorry, No pets allowed. A deposit of one day's rental is required on all rentals of 6 days or less. A DEPOSIT OF 20% OF TOTAL RESERVATION IS REQUIRED ON ALL RESERVATIONS OF 7 DAYS OR MORE. Balance due upon arrival. No refund if reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival. If reservation is cancelled 21 days or more in advance of arrival - SERVICE CHARGE OF 10% OF ONE DAYS RATE WILL BE CHARGED. Cots and Cribs - $10 per day.
